Can I just say,
I really hope red gets the verdict he deserves so he can be free and pick his life back up.
But, can I say what a wonderful lady rights finder is, not only has she been helping with all the legal stuff, but she has got red to also concentrate on her when he has felt so lonely and down. She has every day asked for support which has come easily from every body, for the way red has been feeling. The emotional support has been fantastic, I've read all this thread, and it's had a lot of ups and downs but RF you have been amazing for the support you have shown.

I do what I can for all the guys I actively assist in their cases. Some have nobody in their corner and it's so important to have support.

I agree RF if it wasn't for my families support I would have given up months ago, keep going and I wish Red a positive outcome and yourself a well deserved rest after this one.
Into the different courtroom today and we won't start until after three or four other 'short' ones. Why on earth do I put myself through this?! I tried to win the Euromillions on Friday to pay for the hotel but that didn't work - again

Once I get back behind my desk I will have to play catch up with other stuff so I doubt I will get to you. I have other cases I need to get back onto, that I am already involved with.

Red gave his evidence and remained remarkably calm when he answered the first question from prosecution: "Did you enjoy abusing and raping (the accuser)?"
He then scraped the barrel further by mentioning Jimmy Savile, although what he has to do with Red's case God alone knows. Closing speeches then end of today. JSU tomorrow then the jury goes out. I may well have to stay another night..... Ye gods......
So pleased Red remained calm, with all he has been through so far it must be hard for him to keep focused and have patience. Hope tomorrow is a good day.

im new on here but i wish you all the best..its hard enough being the emotional support without the added pressure of a life hanging in the balance, cant imagine how that must feel...my thoughts are with you all and the strength you give each other..my thoughts are with you all..
The worst update I have had to post. The jury were wearing blinkers and were completely taken in by the accuser: her acting to the camera on DVD and "evidence". Such a shame the whole story could not be told wth regards to motive for lying.
He's been given the same sentence as before
