Wife has falsely accused me of rape

Today was a complete let down.....

Went to court this morning for the bail hearing, but nothing happened as they wouldn't hear the case for various reasons, so got to go back on Tuesday.

Also I had a contact with the children arranged for this afternoon but they didn’t turn up as my wife cancelled it! no one seems to know why, but I was sat in the centre waiting for half hour before being told they were not coming.

I was so looking forward to seeing them, now I have to wait till Tuesday…….

I'm really nervous about tomorrow, I have never been to court before. I pray it goes in my favour I would so like to spend more time with the kids over the easter holidays!!

I didn’t end up going back to work today, but only because I had to go and see my solicitor.......

He requested last week that the police amend my bail conditions, which of course they refused to do, so he's applied to the magistrate’s court and I have to attend tomorrow to ask them to remove the "Supervised access" to my children bail condition.

Even SS have said to me they can’t see a good reason why I can’t have unsupervised access to the children so hopefully the magistrate will have the same opinion!

My little boy DID turn up today, it was fantastic to see him!!

The contact went really well, we all had a meal together it was very relaxed and we played games and he was pleased with the little present I got him......

But more importantly HE seemed to have a good time and was happy to see his dad, for the first time in weeks I have a smile on my face and can’t wait until Wednesday when we get to do it all again.

And i'm actualy looking forward to getting up for work tomorrow.......
