its not the message you expect to get - my first thought to would have been to delete it.

its odd that it appears to have vanished. Its worth a try asking them if it can be retrieved.

i have just been talking to them online and they are saying it is not possible to get the content. i have already told my solicitor and the police i received this message but i presume the police will not back me as this does not look good for her.

as long as the call is logged its better than nothing. No, if it helps you, I doubt they will get back to you.

This doesn't show the allegation is false though although it can be frightening to be in receipt of such a message and could be construed as threatening. The words can't have just disappeared into the ether. You say you can still see the message as you can see who it is from. So it can't have been accidently saved into drafts then.

can someone help me please. trying not to give to many details as i know this is an open site. i am thinking the motive is basically she got scared that my hubby would tell me what had happenend as he did pull away half way through saying he could not do this to me. we are colleagues not friends and i dont think she would of been able to face me knowing what i might do. does this seem motive enough there is a bit more but cant really say on here but basically that is it. she also does like attention one more story i have but again cant put on here but will they listen to things like this

You should be able to put forward any reasonable motive for lying. Ask the solicitor

You will have several months to work on her motive for lying. This won't be necessary until well into trial - magistrates are not interested in any evidence.

You can PM me in relation to the other motive you can't post up here....

I have attempted to reply. Because your PM was so long it would not allow me to say much so I have sent it as an email via this site. Hopefully you have got it.

Could your husband have deleted it? What kind of phone do you have. Everything is retrievable.
Laugh at your problems, everybody else does. The last thing I want to do is hurt you. But it's still on the list.
