It's always worth trying to think of questions to ask your accuser in court; it may be that your barrister will already have thought of them but, on the other hand, you might give him some fresh ammunition.

At what point is the defence case statement done? And is it relevant that the liar told a friend a completely diffrent account of the alleged assault from what she told the police?
