My brothers accuser had accused 2 others before, the 2nd guy she accused, AFTER my brother had been charged with sexual assult on her & was awaiting the court day. That guy was her cousin & got no further actioned.
Brothers trial started, got adjorned to gather a statement from the girls kid brother, then got thrown out of court when the trial started again.
Over a year of stress.
So no talk of 'catching the bus' because you just never know what can end up happening!

It's all very complex & certain hoops have to be jumped through, which is why it's such a bloomin long nightmare to go through, but I guess things have to be done thoroughly as of course people do really do these things too & those cases need to be proved!
But I just wish there was an answer to how we can stop all the false allegations. I really struggle to get my head around how people sleep at night knowing they are lying like that As it's not just the person they throw the accusation at that goes through the wringer, it's the friends & family of them too.
Anyway, fingers crossed it'll be over for you soon, & the good lord sees justice prevail! Stay strong

Yes to pay privately you have to pay more than you might do if you have to contribute towards Public Funding. However that's because he spends so much time and energy on trial matters for which he would not get paid on public funding. Believe it or not he charges around half of what many solicitors charge and a fraction of what some other companies/organisations charge who deal with false allegations.

However it depends on whether the client can afford it. If they can't and they are within Gerry's remit then he would be the best one to go to by all accounts.

you are right I spoke a lot of experts with false allegations of this sort, I also did loads of research, And Chris Saltrese seems to be very copetitive price wise and with exceptional results also

I am back in court on the 4th I cant stop thinking what of if the case gets thrown out

Be brave Daki, you have Gerry with you. I dont know him but I have seen it is good to have him on your defense team :-) We go to court tomorrow; but for administrative matter and hoping to get a good schedule for the trial. Let us start the year fighting!
