Not necessarily. All it means is that they have finished with them.

from experience Bob, Your Mum will be going through all the emotions, i know when my hubby was arrested in our family home... i went to pieces. However ,we all have a survival instinct and i think in times of trouble sometimes just pure adrenaline gets you through many things. i Think in time your Mum should hopefully become stronger- She will learn to cope on a day to day basis. I know my hubby was more concerned and still is about how it all affected me.... concentrate on looking after yourself and try to remain positive...... it will help you and others around you.

          Bob ,
sorry you find your self here , but i can just agree with what’s been said already , the cps take their time before you get an answer , you just need to tough out the wait , and I know thats easier said than done , but you need to stay strong
