He also assisted one guy who lives in Rugby with regards to the removal /fight against a SOPO (on legal aid - after the client had initially been refused it by another solicitor).

Hello gents,

I've just been directed here from another post to write up my legal team.

I was lucky enough to be represented by a QC. But i started off on legal aid:

Original Barrister before QC: Dominic Thomas ;great guy and fights your corner continuously,he won't give up your case for privately funded work. He is great in court and is highly respected and known throughout england his list of noteable cases on his charters chambers website speaks for its self.

Solicitor: part of my case against the crown was that of poor legal representation at the police station. I would EVERYONE to change their legal council from the one you are given at the police station to seperate one of your choice. Mine was far to friendly with the DC incharge of the investigation!
