So based on there being 91 Crown Courts in England this would mean that false rape allegations are costing £115M per year.

I want to stress that my response is not about your own personal accusation and I'm not implying that you have done anything wrong. However, to assume that all of the cases that get thrown out of court are false accusations is ludicrous. Rape as a crime very often doesn't have witnesses and since a lot of women only come forward days or weeks afterwards, most of not all dna or medical evidence is lost. Their cases are thrown out of court for lack of evidence, but that doesn't mean they falsely accused. In some cases sadly it does, but you can't just assume. I was raped and i wouldn't win a court case now because it has been too long, but that wouldn't make my case any less real.

In 2014 of the 3000 rape cases heard in the Crown Courts there was only a 33% conviction rate of just over 1000 men.

The CPS are also saying that they now want to increase the number of rape cases being brought to court in 2015 by another third.

This means they will be taking even more men through the horror of being falsely accused of rape.

With Police/CPS resting the whole case on the fact that the husband paid the mortgage, but the wife never consented to sex for many years and never told anyone.

No jury will convict on that evidence.

When a women says no to sex she should make every attempt to gouge out the attackers eyes even if it is her own husband.

That is what the jury is thinking.

The jury what to see clear evidence that the women resisted with supporting witnesses, photographic or medical evidence.

To bring thousands of men to court without any evidence just wastes huge amounts of public money, which could be better spent on new homes

      .
Just because there isn't any evidence, doesn't mean the men didn't rape anyone!

Exactly. Those who make false allegations of sexual abuse /rape make it 100 times harder for genuine victims to be believed.

That's very true. But it's not the only reason we're not believed. Rape is often a crime with little evidence, unless a rape kit is done straight afterwards. Without evidence, we often aren't believed.

Yet many people are successfully prosecuted with none of the evidence you mention.

I think the disbelief mainly comes from the many false allegations that are happening every day for various reasons......
