    Please can someone help, my ex-partner rang last night after the horrible thing he did he is on bail and yet he rang me. He wants to see the children how do I stop this? It is me he hurt not them and I just want him away from them and me. Dead would be good. I am still struggling have heard nothing from the support group that Phil suggested, I came so close to ending it all last night and just do not how to go on anymore someone please help me.

      I think you could report that phone call to the police, if he was violating his bail conditions by contacting you. It may be that they can organise for you to have equipment that records calls, so if he does it again, they have evidence against him. If he says anything nasty in the calls, they may be able to put him on a charge of harassment or something. I'm not sure, but I think it may be worth speaking to them about it. And if he is convicted of something like that, it may be that he would be denied access to your kids.
