JLS star clear of rape

I don’t know if anyone has heard about a rape cause involving a singer from popular music group called JLS. He has just been cleared of rape unloving a female at hotel.

I did hear vaguely hear of this and I have to say from newspaper reports. ( never the most reliable of sources ) that this could have gone either way..

Rather illustrates the ambiguous nature of most of these accusations and the real reason that false accusations are so easy to make.

The concept of reasonable doubt means that trials are always in favour of a defendant if they can be plausible and consistent in their account.. innocence doesn’t have to be proved.
