  • Access to his son

After being found not guilty on all charges over a month ago my husband is being ignored by his ex wife the mother of his son. We want to see his son and hope he wants to see us he was not who accused him of the abuse it was his stepdaughter. I'm after any advice on where to go and what to do? We don't want to be stung with a massive child support Bill. So need to get the ball rolling

Dear K8 - there is a "Parental Alienation" Facebook group "parental alienation uk support and help" I believe is the full title. Sign up the are helpful.

That will get the ball rolling on the support side.

Re legals - well how old is the son? If <10 say the Court will drive to contact. If over 14 then Court will respect wishes of the child....I am very fuzzy over this - but I recall c100 form is required to kick off Children Act Matters.
    S7 CFACAS report (very biased)
Section 16.4 independent legal representation for the child
Section 25 Full "Family Dynamic Psychology assessment - crippling cost...
The above may give you some pointers. Sorry not to be totally prescriptive...

    Have a look at https://fnf.org.uk/
