Accused of sexual assault on a child bail is up tomorrow.

Hello I'm n we here so I'm very unsure what I'm meant to be saying or doing my mind is in overtime.

Me and my ex partner were arrested on rape and sexual assault on her 3 year old little girl.

To make the story shorter the the night it apparently happiend my partner was changing her and shouted on me to come in the room I saw blood coming from her private parts. At first she did not want to take her to hospital I wanted to take her right away. We got there and she was held and transfered to specialists police medical team. That's when we were both arrested.

There's a lot to the story I find it hard to bleave I'm being acused of this I wouldn't like to think my ex partner did that to her own child. When she was cleaning her I bleave it had been a accident I don't know I can't be sure I'm just shell shocked about it all.

Police took DNA samples from me and her and removed items from the house
I did touch the wipe and nappy to remove the out of the way from her. But I did not harm or would never harm a child I have my own son and he's 2 now not aloud to see him. I did check her over before hospital to try see were blood was coming from.

My bail is up tomorrow she is in 2 hours before me

Any advice for me guys?

Unfortunately I don't think anyone here has any experience with the situation you have found yourselves in.
This is a very unusual situation so I doubt anyone here can offer much advice to you.
You may find help through your solicitor and then follow their advice.
It's a very distressing scenario by all accounts.

As YOH as said an unusual case saying that all cases are different, firstly :

How did you both get on with bail ?

1. What made the hospital send daughter to police team do you think rather than them looking at medical side of things ?
2 . Had the little one had any medical problems in the past could this be the cause at all?
3. You mentioned you would hate to think your partner could have ever done something like to hurt her own - does this mean you have doubts at all - or just feeling your way around this horrible situation looking for answers ?
4. Who is the little one with now ?

I cannot imagine to begin to feel how you both must be at the moment the only comfort thing is that if she had bleeding hopefully they will get to the point of knowing exactly what has caused it .
Do you have any family who can support you both it good friend to talk to as you both probably will be needing that support over coming weeks .

Sorry not much help to you just wanted to let you know we are here to support whoever, forum is quite quiet last few days but a lot of us sometimes just click in and read so am sure someone will be along with their thoughts too. You both take care too.
