Ask your solicitor about them. We can't help you about that, on here

I was just asking incase it had happened to anyone else the solicitor is coming to see us next week. When my wife made her statement the police said when cps look at it it might be put in the bin and there was a lot of information against the so called victim.

You mean the police said that the CPS might NFA it? If you are getting statements then it's obviously gone to charge.

I would be astonished to hear of any defendant getting a full set of statements from the CPS without a good fight for them. When it comes to disclosure from CPS your solicitor should be fighting for it especially evidence that shows the complainant and their witnesses in a bad light.
