It's an offence to reveal even those found guilty- there have been prosecutions I believe

I know you said you tried to move out of the area but couldn't, because you don't have ties elsewhere (my understanding of what you said) so why don't you ask your council if you can join a council swap list? I can't post any links here as I'm not au fait with that, but CAB as somebody suggested, would be able to help as would the council, if you contacted them to ask about any home swap scheme they might have.

I don't know the actual name of the schemes but they would, or should.
