  • Wish us Good Luck - Bail today

    Hi Guys

I haven't posted my "story" on here yet, but have been a member now for a while.

My OH was arrested in February this year, and since then we have had two previous bail dates changed. First date was changed the morning of the meeting, with a phone call to me (not my OH!) - and the second we turned up to, only to be told - sorry date changed.

This morning is the third attempt.

I sincerely hope and pray its NFA

    Wish us good luck.

              All over

              Hi everyone.

I will post all my story over the weekend.

But to let you all know, that today, the third time my OH has attended bail we have a final verdict.

A caution for "receiving" illegal photos actually made and sent my the FA, and NFA on all other charges, which included Rape and Sexual Assault.

We are both so relieved and can now slowly recover and look forwards.

Thank you for all your support. I will continue to be a member and offer my support to everyone else who is innocent, or has been falsely accused.

                All over

                Hi guys

This is the second time I have typed this, so apologies if it appears twice, but using my iPad, I can't see that it's been posted!

Today my OH answered bail for the third time, having been arrested in February for rape, sexual assault and several other smaller related charges.

He has been given a caution for receiving "illegal" photos that the FA took and sent.

NFA on the rape or sexual assault.

It's finally over, and we can slowly get on with our lives.

I will post my full story over the weekend sometime, but I will remain on this forum and try and support all innocent and falsely accused men and women.

Thank you to everyone on this forum from the bottom of my heart for all the support given, not only to me, but all other innocent folk who only find "us" when their world hits rock bottom.

                Take care everyone

Fab news! Be aware of weird mood swings in the coming weeks. You'll wonder why you aren't feeling relieved, happy and less worried in a few days. It's all perfectly normal for the abnormal situation you are in.

                  Have some fruit!

Thank you RF. I know what you mean. We hugged when he came out, and my step daughter asked if I had cried eight months of tears. Not yet.

It's almost as if it's happening to someone else, as if this entire sorry mess has been happening to someone else.

We have to move forwards, and forget, but deep down I would like to know
1/ Did she receive a caution?

She was the one who took and sent illegal photos, and making and distributing is far more serious than receiving. OH solicitor said she might have, but the police might not have cautioned her as they might still see her as a "victim!"

Brilliant news regarding the NFA for the serious allegations

But agree that it seems a little unfair to be cautioned re. receiving photos; after all if the phone is switched on there is not much choice! (unless of course the issue is that they were retained in the phone's memory)
