I know it's been a while since I posted on here.

I havn't checked my emails since bank holiday, when i eventually did open them i had an email from the OIC asking me to contact her, I also switched on the phone that is purely for the police to call me on, and had a voicemail from her too, go figure the first time i let it run flat for a day or so and i get a call.

Anyway, Last friday I received a letter informing me that i could collect my phone as it was no longer needed. I spoke to my lawyer and she spoke to the OIC last friday. at 17:45 last Friday I was informed by my lawyer that it's good news and I've goT NFA.

Just waiting for the paperwork now.
