  • Dancing bananas?!

NFA'd after receiving numerous phone calls and over 200 text messages from my FA.
Although I provided police with several naughty pictures she sent and text messages apologizing to me after the night in question, they were not interested in receiving further proof of texts proving it was a false allegation nor will they be pursuing her for wasting police time. Apparently the CPS wouldn't be interested so police aren't investigating her because she never admitted to them that it was a lie.

I'm happy to have this put behind me but on principle I don't feel it's justice. I don't wish harm on anyone and would think that someone like her needs help rather than face charges but it isn't very good news for the people that will be falsely accused in the future.

My case will remain on police records, available to see to any officer that has contact with me or pulls me over. I'm sure having been investigated for rape won't help me get out of any tickets.

This whole process was unfair, it's a shame.

Good news. I didn't see any nfa posts whilst I was going through accusations, I just saw the negatives. Take heed we've seen two nfa's in a week so common sense does prevail.

Two lots of bananas to dish out in one day....what brilliant news for you.....

I take your point r. justice but on the other hand bear in mind her card will also be marked and it will be difficult for her to make any more FA's...well it won't be difficult to make the accusation....a problem will arise if she is ever a genuine victim.

Why does it stay on your records? Does it stay there for not guilty virdicts as well as nfa?

Baked beans yes in some cases the allegations remain. They showed up on the partner of one guy after his name was cleared at the CA!

That's great news really pleased for you. Although i agree its not justice and she should be punished.

Contact your local CPS (or the CPS that dealt with this) and ask them to consider prosecuting the complainant and give your full reasons why - not as an essay but in a succinct bullet pointed letter.

Ask the sol if they can find out if the allegations show on his DBS first.

Some interesting points here. Unknown to most.
After the hell its like a relief I would imagine, rather than a celebration, its a hollow one, hard to celebrate something that never should have happened and had wrecked lives xx good luck for the future
