My sons life is being destroyed

Help me! I don't know who to trust or turn to! My step daughter is accusing my son of rape! He's been remanded and charged on 5 counts! Life at home is now very strained! My son has been in trouble in past but was getting his life back on track now this! Now our whole lives have been smashed apart!help me x

It has only just happened we don't know where to go for advice apart from solicitor. My son hasn't raped her. I'm not an hysterical mother If I explained everything like I have to certain people you would understand why. I'm scared of even talking about it on here. My son has his own problems without this. She doesn't like the fact I'm married to her father and she is very friendly with my sons ex girlfriend. As far as I'm concerned its a set up or a lie. But it's proving it. 😰😭

Your son should monitor her social media posts and screenhoot anything and everything that looks helpful to him This should be stored somewhere where plod can't get it and under no circumstances give anything/tell anything to plod which will help prove your son's innocence. They aren't interested as they have conviction targets to meet and that is their aim.
