A whole day wasted. CPS not ready. We have a new prosecutor who only got the paperwork on Friday! Legal arguments this morning but now have to make them all again tomorrow 2pm in front of a new judge! This one is going on holiday on Saturday....

How frustrating for RS,you, and all all the team. It's hurdle after hurdle. I hope his spirits aren't too shattered. It's a waiting game again when everyone was psyched up for today. Initially we had a young female judge who was completely on the ball, took no nonsense and spoke kindly to RS in the dock. Barrister Dan says he knows the "new" judge and apparently he's really fair. Just such a waste of a whole day and then back to do it all again 2pm tomorrow.
