i MET THIS GIRL IN A SALSA CLUB AND WE GOT TO KNOW EACH OTHER FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS BUMPING IN THE CLUB AND CALLING EACH OTHER. THEN SHE SUGGESTED WE MEET UP FOR A DATE WHICH I SUGGESTED I COULD PICK HER UP AFTER SHE FINISHED WORK. WE THEN ENDED UP IN A PUB WHERE I ORDERED FOOD AND WE HAD DRINK THOUGH I DRUNK LESS AS I WAS DRIVING . sHE DIDNT HAVE THAT MUCH .

HOWEVER DURING CONVERSATION ABOUT OUR RELATIONSHIP, I MANAGED TO EXPLAIN TO HER ABOUT HOW I INVOLVED POLICE IN BREAKING UP MY PREVIOUS RELATIONSHIP DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WAS A NURSE AND WAS AFRAID MY EX COULD ACCUSE ME OF RAPE. i DID RECORD THIS WITH POLICE AT THAT TIME

THIS NEW GIRL WAS SO UNDERSTANDING AND EVEN CONGRATULATED ME FOR BEING THAT SMART. AS THE DINNER WENT BUT WE STARTED KISSING AND MAKING UP. THEN SHE DECIDED WE MOVE TO A LATIN CLUB FOR A DANCE WHICH I FOOLISHLY ACCEPTED. WE WENT THERE FOR A WHILE HAD FEW ENERGIZE DRINK AND SHE DANCED WITH OTHER GUYS ON THE FLOOR. THEN WE DECIDED ITS TIME TO CALL A DAY SO I TOLD HER I WAS GOING HOME BUT SHE BEGGED I DRIVE HER TO HER PLACE WHICH I DID. AT HER PLACE I WALKED HER TO HER DOOR AND GAVE HER A GOODBYE BUT SHE REFUSED AND ASKED ME I HAVE COME THAT FAR I SHOULD COME IN HER FLAT WHICH SHE SHARES WITH OTHER PEOPLE. SO I DID IN GOOD WAY .

WHILE INSIDE I ASKED HER FOR TOILET WHICH SHE SHOWED ME AND WHEN I CAME BACK TO HER ROOM SHE WENT TO THE TOILET AND WHEN SHE CAME BACK SHE STARTED TO UNDRESS HER SELF THEN WALKED STRAIGHT TO ME AND SAID SHE WANTS TO **** ME AND SHE DO I?BEFORE I COULD ANSWER SHE JUST SNOGGED ME UNDRESSING MY TROUSER AND GAVE ME A WORSE PAINFUL BLOW JOB. I PULED MY SELF AND ASKED HER WHY SHE DID IT PAINFULLY , BUT SHE REQUESTED WE DO IT PROPERLY WHICH I DECLINED. MY PENIS ATTHIS TIME WAS IN PAIN.SHE BEGGED ME TO SLEEP WHICH I DID .

WOKE UP IN THE MORNING STILL SHE WANTED SEX BUT I DECLINE. SHE THEN EXCUSED HER SELF TO THE TOILET AND WHEN SHE CAME BACK SHE STATED THAT SHE IS CALLING WORK TO SAY SHE WONT SHOW UP AS SHE WAS TIRED. WE THEN WENT TO SLEEP CUDDLING EACH OTHER. AFTER A WHILE I ASKED HER IF I COULD HAVE SHOWER . SHE ESCORTED ME DOWNSTAIRS BUT UNFORTUNATELY SOMEONE WAS THERE SO SHE SUGGESTED WE RETURNED BACK TO BED. SLEPT FOR A WHILE THEN I DECIDED WAS BETTER FOR ME TO GO THEN WE CAN MEET UP LATER. SHE ACCEPTED AND ESCORTED ME TO HER FRONT OF HER FLAT KISSED ME LIGHTLY ON THE CHICKS AND SAID GOOD BYE.

THAT DAY I TEXTED BACK TO HER ASKING WHAT SHE HAS DONE TO MY PENIS AS IT WAS IN PAIN. SHE SAID SHE WAS BUSY.HOWEVER LAST TEXT IS I ASKED HER TO DELETE MY NUMBER AS WE WERE NOT TALKING THAT MUCH.

AFTER MONTHS I WAS ARRESTED AND BAILED WITHOUT CHARGE FOR RAPE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT. IN THE INTERVIEW THE POLICE STATED THAT SHE CLAIMS I TOLD HER WE HAD FULL SEX AND THAT I UTTERED I HAVE RAPED HER. IN THAT PROCESS ALSO I MASTURBATE ON HER WHILE FONDLING HER CLITORIS. THE POLICE ASKED ME IF THERE WAS ANYONE IN THE HOUSE AS IT LOOKED SHE DIDN'T TELL THEM THAT THERE WERE PEOPLE ON THAT HOUSE.

AM TOTALLY LOSS AND EVEN THINKING OF COMMITTING SUICIDE. MY REPUTATION MY SELF ESTEEM IS JUST IN LIMBO.AS OF NOW AM IN BAIL AND SUSPENDED FROM WORK WITH FULL PAY. PLEASE ADVISE I NEED HELP

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I have split your post into paragraphs however the CAPITALS still make it difficult to read; perhaps you could write any further posts in lower case (as you did for the title!)

Regarding your arrest, you mentioned this was months afterwards; would you happen to know if the girl reported the allegation to the police immediately or also some months afterwards?

If she reported it within a day or so the rape kit will show that intercourse did not take place but if she didn't report it for some weeks then DNA results will be irrelevant.

Obviously not! Unfortunately the police are basing their investigation, and therefore their questioning of you, by what she has told them.

Presumably you and her were alone in her room so, unless DNA evidence comes into play as per my last post, it is a case of word against word.

The other folks in the flat will be significant witnesses to the fact that whatever happened was consensual (i.e. there was no struggling or other commotion from her room) but whether they can be identified or would be willing to give a statement is the question.

Sorry to hear of your situation. Unfortunately in these cases it is one person's word against another. The police are duty bound to investigate all allegations.

Did you have a solicitor with you when questioned by the police ?

If you are really struggling it maybe a good idea to see your GP. Don't be embarrassed or ashamed you have done nothing wrong, quite often doctors have dealt
others coping with false allegations.

It is awful that someone can make an allegation and turn your life upside down, but unfortunately if you read through other threads your story is sadly very
common on this forum.

You are not alone visit the forum and keep posting you receive lots of support. At the moment you are undoubtedly still in shock most people have found this normally
lasts for about a month. Then hopefully you will feel stronger and be able to fight back.

I am going to be totally honest here, but I guess she may not be the most stable horse in the stable. She could have mental health issues. She may have done this before she may not. But either way you have to bide your time and let the investigation take its course. I may have done what you did but who knows. Looking at the situation now. I would not get myself in that position now. I am lucky I am in a stable relationship. This could end and tbh would I trust another woman or being alone with I'm not so sure. It has changed my life for the ret of my days. Hope the outcome is a good one for you. You need to liaise with your solicitor and raise your concerns with them someone may be able to give you advise in this forum.
