    Makes me sick even more.

Is there any hope for us or are we totally 'stitched up'? Please could you offer us an element of hope - RF. Although my partner will fight his hardest to prove his innocence, as the weeks go on, he is more and more feeling he will loose the case because of the biased justice system on the side of the 'poor victim'.

I cannot speak for your case as I'm am not working on it. What I can say is that despite dirty tricks by some police officers and prosecution barristers, we do sometimes get the correct verdicts. All you can do is to keep plugging away at collecting evidence that will help your case.
