Falsely accused of rape

hi all iam new to this forum
to cut a long story down i have a child to my ex
ive been fighting for a few years now though the legal system for contact / custody order
when i got my ex pregnant we split (her decision ) i gained contact of my child though solicitors.
after a couple of years we rekindled our relationship and were happy for a while with us getting engaged etc unfortunately due to interference from the mother in law we split again.
we lead use into fighting though the courts for contact /custody on a recent part of that my ex falsely accused me of raping her to a court officer and saying my child is a product of that rape while going though this fight which has now lead me to having to have supervised visits in the interim.
the contact / custody order fight has been put on hold while i have to deal with this rape allegation
i don't feel my solicitors (family law are equipped to deal with this ) any advice or help would be appreciated

I'm a little confused by this

Are you saying that your ex made the allegation to a court official before going to the police?

my ex made the allegation to a court official while we are going though a custody / contact order she said she has reported it to the police awaiting reports from the police

there isn't a criminal investigation that i know off at the moment its being dealt with via family court i believe we will be having a find the facts hearing once my ex has produced a statement
