What do you think about this idea?

I was alway saying that we are in this situation (as a falsely accused) for the reason. Some people would like to forget about being falsely accused, and some people not. Im the second one

I know, that many people would like to make petitions etc, but I would like to go more complicated way.

I would like to make a website (I know how to do it , and publish all documents from the beginning when false accusations where made). Naturally, I will never publish any names etc, but what I wanna do is I wanna scan every page of every document's (CPS and Defence), to let the people know how thinks work in the UK in false accusations.

I know that my english isn't good, but I have support

Hi there, not sure if it's a good idea or not - it's certainly an interesting one though. Could it be misused by people who are actually guilty though who are hiding behind those who are falsely accused? Maybe I'm just being overcautious or am unclear as to what you are aiming to do.

A very bad idea for a number of reasons.

Do you think that mindless morons would take any notice of the evidence? If they track you down your life would be in danger. Paperwork has names and other identifying features.

IT IS ILLEGAL TO POST DATA PROTECTED DOCUMENTATION.

If you look at some of the trial paperwork you will see 'Restricted'. You might also see:

Warning: this document is confidential and must only be handled by duly authorised persons in connection with the preparation and trial of the person(s) named as defendant(s). Both the unauthorised use of this document (which may jeopardise any trial) and its unlawful retention, or a copy of it in any form, may constitute a criminal offence and make you liable to a fine, a period of imprisonment, or both'.

The above also applies to any other legal process.

I know some people 'help' by going through paperwork but unless they are registered with the Information Commissioners Office specifically to look through such paperwork then they have no business doing that and could be committing a criminal offence.

I registered several years ago and have to pay each year to enable me to do this. When one registers with the ICO they have to specify exactly what data protected information they work with and how they intend to use it.

If you start posting up such documentation you could find yourself in serious trouble.
