  • i might need a little help with some photographs

I have two photographs which help in my case and retrial one shows a person who is obviously fairly young and is dated the other shows the same person older but not dated .It can give doubt on supporting evidence which the CPS are using to prop up the indictments.I have asked a couple of people who have given positive indication that the undated photograph is the older person as they look taller and older.Would the jury see the photographs in the same light and decide this photograph show the person who is clearly older and thus the dates are correct

    bit confusing I know

but any comments will be appreciated

Does your solicitor think these will be useful in the trial?

Do you actually have any dates or anything through for a retrial or are you just preparing for the possibilities?

Is there stated reasons for this?

It surely can't just be a case of 'we lost this time but let's have a re-run and see if we win next time' surely...

I'm finding it incredibly hard to understand why they want to take you to hell and back TWICE!

I can only hope that you are again successful in defending your position and of course I, along with others, will support you in whatever way I/we can. I'll start by stopping asking you 'if' there is going to be a retrial...

Wasn't sure about putting a smiley there but I am hoping you understand it is me laughing about the fact I seem to have only ever repeatedly asked you if there is going to be a retrial... I just cannot believe that you're being put through it again. I also cannot believe that the prosecution, after failing, are so blatantly continuing and even forcing your accuser back through it all. Hopefully I will discover a proper and untested route to 'compensation' for those accused of a crime where it is not proven or a 'not guilty' verdict is returned. It IS there, just needs to be found. I've discovered in the past that there are avenues to getting compensation (although not quite related to a sexual offence) and will no doubt explore these in more detail both for myself and others. It's time to sink 'the state' and their mediocre persecution of individuals on a whim.

                  A retrial can happen if:

The judge directed an acquittal in error (this would have to be appealed at CA first)

'Compelling' fresh evidence has appeared which should be put to a fresh jury

Lawlessone: In sadman's case, if I recall correctly the jury was hung so a verdict could not be decided on.
Therefore, the case wasn't lost or won by the CPS. There is still a chance of it going either way...
