That got me the more scared. Thanks for the honesty though, I didn't look at it from your perspective. In response to your question, no I didn't verbally, but in my naivete who foreplays with a woman who is wide awake and not resisting and clearly enjoying the act then asks her if its ok to penetrate?
I didn't forget to use a condom, I stupidly didn't intend to use one...I know its dumb. I thought the punch was because she knew I didn't have a condom on.

Billykickass, I didn't have to go in. I got s call from the police advising me not to come in. They said they now had to sit down to make a decision whether or not to pass the case to a cps lawyer. They will also factor in her friends phone conversation with me and her previous allegations. Will keep you posted .

Boldspirit, I hope you now understand the danger you put yourself when you decided to engage in sleazy, unprotected, no-strings sex. Many here would, quite understandably, find your behaviour at best foolish and at worst reprehensible. You hooked up with a girl solely for the purpose of sex, and it is no surprise that you find yourself in this situation.

Dont know why i feel so angry

I got a call to say I dont need to answer bail anymore. The case has been NFA'd.
I still have mixed emotions.

thats good news boldspirit! The anger /mixed emotion is normal. If you read other threads, people who have been NFA and found not guilty do feel angry. I would think you are luckier than other people, because you did engage in what Saffron described earlier as sleazy, unprotected and no strings attached sex (putting yourself in danger), and you were NFAed in few months while others endure more months of bail, trial and some are even convicted. Of course, it is still unfair because you suffered also; nobody will disagree with that as we know how it is. But I hope you can move on easily and let it be a lesson learned.

Great news mate.

Being angry will not ever bring anything good into your life i know its really hard to control emotions in these situations but i reckon you should try and see it as a second chance to live a better style of life (sorry for sounding preachy i just think this is how i would feel if my case is NFAd) onwards and upwards.

You are right billykickass, it is indeed a second chance to live a better lifestyle. Boldspirit, thankfulness should be a more dominant feeling as you were saved from months of misery and the risk of being put in prison. I would give anything for an NFA for my partner.

boldspirit i would give anything to have my son home at this minute. he got 7 years for a guilty verdict with no evidence except false tears.
run into your garden, and shout thank god for that i can live my life now yipeeeeeeeeeeeeee .. some of us don.t have that luxury ... but well done anyway good luck

This is very good news.
As others have said, anger is a perfectly "normal" emotion for someone in your situation. Try not to let it take over your life. You have been NFAd, something which many members here would give their right arms for.
I hope you will also understand now that you put yourself in grave danger that night, and that you will not do so again.

Thanks again people. Lesson learned the hard way Surprisingly i feel a lot better and brighter today and you guys have been my only support. Like i mentioned in my earlier posts i am a very private person and managed to conceal it from friends and family (silly thing to do) but i couldn't bring myself to explaining it to them. I am ever so grateful for all your support. You guys rock.
And to the others out there in the same or similar situation please be positive, this too will come to pass. Don't let it beat you

Got a phone call today from one of the detectives to say the girl that accused me of rape has accused another guy and his solicitors are wanting to speak to me. He wanted to find out whether or not to pass on my contacts to this solicitor and i said hell yea.

She sure didn't succeed with me and is now trying to put another person through this awful experience. Makes me wonder
