  • Can anyone vouch for the following site..

I came across this while I was having a dig around, it looks and sounds good but perhaps someone on here could advise on whether it's "proper".

Looks like someone has registered that site with the intention of selling on the name; all the links are to other web sites rather than to information held on that actual site.

    It wasn't me, honestly

Send him round my way and I'll punch him on the nose for being such an idiot!

Ignore him, you're far too good to be dragged down by morons.

Thank you my hero but violence is not the answer. He is reading this so best not to offer any such threats otherwise he'll be on your tail too! I have an idea he is a litigious person and possibly threatens anybody who upsets him no matter how trivial, with court action. He really is not worth it but I thank you for the sentiment.

If he is following your posts and the replies he will realise that you have a fair bit of support from folks who would be able to face him in any court action he might try to bring; I'm sure Lawlessone was offering a metaphorically bloody nose

Ditto lawlessone! Violence isnt the answer but there are hundreds of people on here and other places that would run to protect some of the genuinly good people like RF.

              And im one of them!

                  Hi

I'm writing regarding my legal representation,I am a bit worried of the current lawyer I have although I don't know their capabilities,I have legal aid.Is there any way i can email the super moderators and they clarify my worries??I have also read that in Scotland it's not the solicitor that does the work in court but an advocate???please advise

                    Hi OGK,

None of the moderators know enough about Scottish law and procedures to give you a definitive answer but I note that you were trying to contact Lawlessone on another thread; he is probably the most knowledgeable of our members on this subject.

Similarly with regard to recommendations for a specialist solicitor; however if you post up your general area or county it may be that other Scottish members will have had good (or bad) experiences with legal firms in that area and may be able to offer advice.

You could of course have a look at the website of the solicitor that you already have to see what they specialise in, or google for recommendations.
