  • When your whole future destroyed by RUBBISH

    Hello Everyone,

This M.A a 21 years old guy. I came here to UK in 17, September, 2010 to study Software Engineering in a university in Manchester. but unfortunately my wife just because she saw my ex-girlfriend in my computer and for trivial reasons. She claimed to the police that she had consent sex with me for 2 days and the third day without her consent !

I've been arrested in 20, September, 2010 while I was sleeping in my hotel room, I didn't do very well in the interviews because 1. My English isn't good. 2. They supply me with a very poor interpreter and solicitor.

While I was in the interviews my solicitor doesn't say anything, he just typing in his laptop , They sent me to Magistrates Court, I've been in remind until 6 / October / 2010 because I don't have a address. In 6 / October / 2010 I go out on a conditional bail.

    For now:-
    1. I loose my university because my wife inform them of what I did.
    2. I loose my parents trust
    3. I loose everything.

I met until now 2 solicitors and all of them confirm that her claim is very weak and I will win this case.

I make a case study which contain the full details such as the story, evidences I have etc .. I hope if someone can advise me for the experts in this forum to send the PDF file so he can take a look.

Your efforts and time to help me will be much appreciated.

    Thank you
    M.A

Nobody here can actually really help you as we do not have sight of all of the paperwork.

I am sorry you are in this mess. Remember that the public (which includes the police) view this forum so you must be careful what you say on here.

Hopefully your solicitor is experienced in defending false allegations of rape. You could check his/her website to see if they have a good track record.

Stay with us and you will get lots of support and advice.

Thanks. I will try to be in touch with them. I wonder if you advise me for a way to check online my case status by the case ID. In my home country we can check everything related to the case by entering the Case ID and date of birth.

As far as I know there is no way of checking your case online. You might have a problem changing your solicitors as judges do not like to transfer public funding once the case has started - however thast is not to say it is impossible.

Why are you unhappy with your current solicitors?

                  Hi,
Thanks for your answer again. I'm not happy with my solicitors because lots of reasons.
                  1. They are not specialise in cases such mine.
                  2. They didn't pay attention to my calls/emails by anyway.
                  3. They didn't even inform me what we will have in the next days.
                  and menu is very long.

I want to get advises about my case and how it's sounds?
I think it's funny when the woman claim that she had 2 days with her consent, the third one without and she complain in the 4th day at night after she sent emails and sms in the 4th day !
