  • Any advice?!

Hey all in feb 2009 mine and my partners life was turned upside down. He just finished a really messy divorce then 10days after the money was sorted his step daughters accused him of everything rape etc etc.. Well 12 months on they charged him with 23 offences!! As I have a kid social services have been awful!! He has been made to leave our home even though he had a heart attack last month and is still not well!!! I have even read parts of my kids file or what they will allow me to see and found a false allegation on it which ihave proved to be false but still social or his OIC not intrested!! Life is **** my other half has still not received the statements from the police and was not charged with a date just over a 12 year period?! Has anybody had tk go through such a long period getting no-where?!

Any help would be great I really don't where or what to do?!

If he has been charged then the complainants' witness statements (or interview transcripts) will or should be available to him. If they are not then he needs to change his solicitor pronto to one who is experienced in defending false allegations.

You should be able to Google one for the area where the trial - if one happens - takes place. As he has been charged then it is likely a trial will ensue.
