Unfortunately I suspect that most celebs who are FAd (Iam thinking of Craig Charles, Pete Townshend Michael L Vell et al) are quite keen to put the whole thing behind them.

And incidentally before anyone says anything, Pete Townshend flagged up the sites he had seen to the IWF.

Townsend wasn't FA'd. He accepted a caution (read "an informal conviction") for viewing child pornography.

When the Who played Miami two years ago there was a concerted effort to warn local parents of a sex offender in their midst.

FA'd...... er, no. He may well have flagged them, but after giving them money. But hey, be a rock god and you can do no wrong.

La velle was also calling for anonymity of rape suspect especially because he was famous :-) so is more affected being named. I think it is a less important issue. However, because he is famous he can talk more to the press. I wonder how dedicated is he on his call for this anonymity of rape suspect until proven guilty. His ordeal is more of the stress and moving out of the home; but I have a feeling he will move on easier with his life than other people falsely accused. I am not underestimating what he went through; but even his ordeal was shorter than most people.

I guess a good figurehead is somebody who really felt the blow of the whole situation hence would be more dedicated, but then is he really clean? yikes!

I think it contributed in part to his marriage breaking down.

In my opinion I can't believe it.

poor guy, the wife didnt stand by him? or maybe it was on its path to breakdown I read some comments also about that article.. interesting views from the public.

When my accusation happened, my job was the first thing to go, followed by my relationship.

Mr Le Vell has had the support of his co-workers and employers all along. Many people don't get that, so I believe he will get on with his life and the FA will get put to the back.
As is usual. It'll be a first for someone with the power to make change, to actually do so.
