whew! that will be something to keep in mind. My partner knows the accuser ( in terms of how she handles repeated questions) and hopefully the barrister and solicitors are open to our suggestions of how to deal with her.

The whole social worker thing sounds a bit mad. Arnt most social workers on their best behaviour these days? Regardless, no one can shift blame like this. I don't care if a social worker told her that she could milk cash from a bull, she's still fundamentally responsible. Everyone has mild "absent mindedness" I say "the other day" all the time and my family know that can mean up to a year.
Its good if she's playing jenga with her story. Had one on here not long ago and the "victim" lied in court! Slan! that was it, over. Made my bloody month.
Laugh at your problems, everybody else does. The last thing I want to do is hurt you. But it's still on the list.

Amre, yes the social worker thing is not making sense. But we felt the police know more about this; my partner was even told there was an attempt to report an allegation two years ago but it didnt push through. It seems there are more stories behind the case that are not in the paper but has been said to my partner. It does mess our head around.

The girl is definitely lying with so many inconsistent stories; I look forward to the day she has to tell her story in the court. As a young kid, this girl lies to teach people lesson because a lot of people dont like her and mostly because she tells a lot of lies. I hope she trip herself up big time.
