  • Quick Question

I am sure I already know the answer to this, but here goes....
Are sexual convicitons ever spent? For example, if "someone" was convicted of Indecent Assault but NOT required to sign the SOR or undertake any sort of rehab program, (even though they maintained their innocence) would their conviciton expire as any other criminal offence, or does it remain "live" forever?

    Any advice gratefully received!

I have an idea it would remain on any ECRB check forever and a day......

I know that doesn't actually answer your question......
