  • Thousands misusing abuse orders to get legal aid, says parenting charity

    Hi All,

    the Following url refers -

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-44628179

I have extracted the following paragraph -

"Thousands of parents falsely claim domestic abuse in order to access legal aid and stop estranged partners from seeing their children, a shared parenting charity claims."

Using the above BBC news article I disputed my Child Maintenance with the Child Maintenance Agency about my Son saying my ex-wife made a false rape allegation against me to save herself £50,000 in legal fess to stop me seeing my son.

It has been 5 months since I last made a payment to my ex-wife for our 18 year old son and I still have not received a reply for the Child Maintenance Agency to my allegations.

Hopefully, this will be a warning to other women who make false rape allegations against their husbands to save themselves thousands in legal fees for a restraining order denying the father from seeing their children.

    Unhappy
    Unhappy.
