Afternoon RF,
I accept that this isn't something I particularly need to concern myself with at this point.
But out of interest, I wonder if you know (of find out) how the sentencing guidelines are applied to an adult who was the age of a 'Young Offender' (13-14) at the time of the alleged incident?

Sentencing guidelines
There are so many people research sentencing for sexual offences, so I thought that this might help
