Hi,
I have been released on bail, and told that I have 16 weeks before I need to go back to the station, while they carry out further investigations. This is such a long period of time especially when you feel this way!
I had a solicitor when I was in Jail who seemed very good, from what I have heard they wont carry out any further work until I am charged. Is this true? Should I contact him and see what his fee's are or can you suggest someone good locally. The incident happened in Cardiff. I live in Bristol.
What should I expect to happen over the next few weeks.
