  • hi. ..cought in a nightmare

Hi everyone. Bail date is in 2 days .my brother is accused of rape. Life for us changed. ..one more time. .for the worst. We have been through so much pain lately after losing both parents. ..and now this. Will this ever end or this is it?
was accused of rape of one of his work colleagues. .after weeks of flirting after the night they had first time sex. Next dAy arrested and dismissed. ..so this is how the nightmare starts. .
First interview he took without the solicitor. ..thinking he doesn't need one..and without a translator. .his English not being one of his strongest points. The accusation Makes me physically ill but the only thing I know for a fact is Him.I do know him and no know and trust him that he didn't do it.

      Yes.
He Thought because he feels innocent he doesn't need a solicitor. .and told police officer what happend that night.
Now we know was a big mistake but can't do much about it.

Don't worry yet, quite a few of us didn't use solicitors and things went our way, so it may not be as baqd as you think. Hope it's not!
