  • Hi

Hi there ive been on this site for while but never introduced myself.ive been on bail 7 months I was involved in a messy divorce amongst other things I can't discuss on here.my step daughter has accused me of raping her and sexual assault we never got on and its destroyed me and my family. everyone falling apart around me and I'm only just holding myself together I had my kids taken of me life is very hard and I think about suicide every day but no I can't. I don't know how much more I can take I'm on meds and in councilling im scared I will lose my house too . everyone turned backs on me although the girls admitted she's lied on one allegation.its sad to see so many people on here with similar nightmare I swear on my children's lives I never raped her I cannot believe this is happening. There should be a time limit on bail my poor kid's so upset.

She's admitted to 2 people the police said they will look into it but obviously they not going tell me anything. Im really struggling to cope.its just taking to long its barbaric and cruel to drag it on so long.

If this goes any further then that evidence can go to the defence solicitor. He can then interview both potential witnesses, regardless of whether the police interview them (and tell them they are not witnesses for the prosecution).
