Hi - my 14 year old son was accused of rape in November too. How's things with you HellsBells 1234 - have you heard from the police again? Is it true these girls may be motivated by money - that is just too sick to contemplate. We avoided arrest for my son as he had told me what was happening to him re her false accusations and I had time to get a specialist solicitor to the police station. however today I have learnt that the DNA shows nothing so the police are going back to the kids at the party and taking video statements - these are my son's friends! What exactly are the police trying to find evidence of - the child who is accusing him cannot keep her story straight for two minutes - also the party weekend involved multiple partners (for her) drink and drugs. Oh and the party was hosted in a policewoman's house - she had gone away for the weekend leaving her 14 year old in charge!
