    PC Harwood - Not Guilty?????????

    You can be found guilty of rape on the word of the accuser and yet the same does not hold for a violent criminal caught on camera killing someone.

    I'm loosing complete and utter faith in juries and the criminal injustice system.

      why wasn't his past 'misdemeanours' brought up in the trial - like evidence? How can he get kicked out of one police force and get hired by another? How can you refute the cctv?

      Travesty.

        Retrial with a different jury springs to mind from another post on here which strangely didn't involve the unlawful killing of a man...
