Mr McGee, who lost a front tooth and suffered facial cuts in the fight last December, has told lawyers to begin civil action for compensation for the injuries he received.

so he was found NOT GUILTY and still his accuser seeks compensation? what ever next?

Yes when those even convicted often have substantial evidence against the Police/CPS even their own defence of incompetence and professional misconduct which has lead to their convictions (wrongfull) but no one wants to take notice of that never mind those who accused them.

The fact lies are white washed in court is fundamentally wrong, its perverting the course of justice yet ignored completely too often - they call this law?
