Yeah they email them but starting to have no faith in the sol now
Hi potnoodle. Mine's heading the same way. First I was told the sol would have an idea about 2 weeks before the bail date, now they're saying they will ask about 5 days before to see what's happening. There's a weekend between so it hardly seems worth it :-(
Back to the police tomorrow to see if I'm changed or re-bail what's odd they said they talk to my sol the day before to say what was going on and as far they have not are they aloud to do this ?
The onus is on your solicitor to phone them (though the OIC might phone the solicitor as a courtesy or if a charge is to happen)
