All credit here goes to Liam Allen whose focused campaigning has no doubt been one of the catalysts behind this rather long overdue rebalancing of the system, there is a video of him embedded in the link above and I have to say that I continue to be impressed with him and the way he has gone about using his experience in a positive way, both without hyperbole and self pity.
He comes across as a considered and intelligent young man that simply wants to make things better and I dare say that he has succeeded here.
