WAAAYYYYYY HAAAAAAYYYYYY hurrah hurrah!!!! Give yourselves time to heal and then begin to rebuild your lives and maybe this will bring you closer to your dad.....
This may not come up on his future DBS checks. With regard to his present job there are no grounds for dismissing him. They may want to give him a bit of training and advice around boundaries though. They should also have a little with the 2 individuals involved...
In the meantime - here they are...

    As I said

He could explain to potential employers what happened to him and show evidence that proves the accuser was lying....
Hopefully he has some evidence that can disprove some of what she said. Also the types of places he would work in would be fully aware of false allegations.

Many guilty people are NFA'd - so in theory everybody should have it on their DBS/ECRB check just in case they re-offend.

my query is, the police man said it will come up on my dads police checks now, but why does it come up if not charged or cautioned etc? anyone got a idea what happens work wise after something like this as he was suspended with pay as he is a carer
