Which part of the UK are your parents in? Just in case I can recommend a solicitor in the area should one become necessary.

From what you say, revenge does seem to be a motivation here... I am assuming he was interviewed under caution? If so he now needs to find a solicitor who specialises in False allegations of sexual assault. In the meantime, ask him to write down everything he can remember about any contact he has had with these 2 people - especially if the police told him times and places. If he is on FB have a look at their FB pages to see what they are posting and screenshot anything and everything that could help and save it somewhere electronically. Make sure he doesn't say anything to the police without a solicitor present and to only answer questions they ask and not volunteer any other info even if he thinks it'll help him. The police have conviction targets to meet and can use underhand tactics to get these....

My Father accused of rape? help me
Hi my dad is a carer and lives in flats that have people with disabilities as well people without disabilities, my dad is one of those people who cant be rude at all, and two women with disabilities starting going round the flat to where my dad and mum live, they come in as dad used to leave door open for the cat as he is bottom floor flat, after a while they was coming over regular and my dad and mum would make them a cuppa as they are too friendly
well they used to come around alot and used the cat as a excuse to come round, my mum thought that it was getting too much so they started to lock the door and because they was stopped from coming round (locked door) a week later after the door locking the police come to my dads door and arrested him for accusations of rape and sexual assault :O He was released on bail for 3 months and is due to go back this week to find out what is happening, he is really worried he will be charged for it due to them having disabilites that they will be believed, He was accused of raping one and sexually assaulting the other i am not sure if they did it for payback or what and with it being in the press so much lately about rape! Can anyone help me with advice as we havent ever been in this position before
