    Not sure what to make of this rather strange clarification or if the quoted terms 'Rapist' and rape 'victim' originated from Alison Saunders or were inserted by the journalist.

    However the article might be well worth bookmarking by anyone currently under investigation.

    This is a "No News' news article. It has ALWAYS been the case that if an alleged victim has not specifically said 'NO' or 'STOP' or used some other words to verbally resist that the accusation of rape is harder to prove. Therefore some actually 'rapists' will get off because of this.
