  • Raped

This was a documentary on TV last week. I started to watch it, but to be honest I couldn't watch to the end, and I have tried to watch it again, but still have to stop.

Its all true stories, about 8 or 10 woman that have been raped...and only one got a conviction in court.

So far its just been the girls telling their horrific tales, and this is what make me feel sick listening to them, as I believed them all I actually think that they were ALL actually raped by the men in their cases, and this is what sickened me , that people would think that this is the same in my case which IT IS NOT...and the fact that most of the guys who this this to these girls got away with it also cannot be good news for guys like me that are innocent, if judges and juries get swayed by these kind of programmes

In my case it is a question of her word against mine.. I have no CTV evidence, no social media evidence, no witness evidence....its a case of her lies against me , which I am of course hoping we can make her 'slip up' and so the jury can see that she is lying( if it goes to court that is)

But if my FA was watching so sure has a lot of ladies showing her the way a REAL raped lady would talk and act afterwards .

I'll try to watch the rest of the programme over the weekend , but it did make me feel physically sick watching it

    Propaganda

    Hi,

I believe this program was propaganda by feminists within Media, Government, CPS and Police to influence future jury members that
even though there is no medical or CCTV evidence to prove that rape ever occurred. The rape victim must always be believed and accused must always be found guilty.

I know from my own case that my ex-wife never accused me of rape, but political correctness within the Government, CPS and police dictates that sex within marriage is often rape. And that the Police and CPS are recording many minor cases of domestic abuse as rape to increase the number of reported rapes to gain additional central government funding.

However, the majority of Jury members are not fools and can easily see through the political correctness that brought the case to court and find the accused not guilty of rape as in my case.

    Unhappy

I watched the rest of the programme tonight, and I may not have the facts entirely correct, but a lot of the cases went no further than the police saying they were not going to send the case to the CPS and then others getting NFA's I 'think' one girl pulled out but not sure. Two cases went to court and one girl said her rapist had two of the countries top lawyers on the case ( he rapist was very rich) I wondered who they were and suspected one may have been Chris Saltresse just because she said it had cost a lot of money...but that is a wild guess. anyway her case got a NG verdict ( she had been offered money last offer £40,000.00 to drop the case)

Only one girl got a guilty verdict, and that was mainly because the police discovered that her rapist had watched a porno film where a man had sex with a girl who was asleep just before he went out and raped her. he got 7 years

One bad case was a girl whose case got NFA'd her rapist got sent to court 2 years later because he had killed an 18 year old girl , saying the guy should have been in prison for her case.

last statistic said only 3% of cases that get reported actually get a guilty verdict, which does help a bit.

Quite a few of the girls seemed to go on to university and get good degrees and also to work in rape crisis centres .

There was one guy who had been raped by two men , his case got NFA'd

I hate it when the press do these reports/programs/ documentaries as they are always biased towards the girls in these cases ...they did not at any point in this whole programme have one alleged rapist giving is account of the trauma that they go through being accused of something they did not do

Very one sided ..that's all I can say

There are dozens and dozens of solicitors who claim to be "one of the country's top lawyers" and who charge far more than Chris Saltrese does.

I see the awful sols who used to work with a certain "legal enquiry agent" are still going, and I really pity their clients, having heard the horror stories.

There are lots of new websites where the sols claim to be "among the top experts in false allegations", claiming that they have never lost a case, when in truth they've realised there's a lot of money to be made and jumped on that bandwagon within the last three or four years - or less. If they've only done one case and won it, then in truth they have never lost a case. I do know that the sols that were "working with" said LEA claim they rarely lose a case, when in fact that is patently not true given the complaints I hear about them on a regular basis - as on here as well.

Said LEA told one potential client that he had lost only one in 147 cases. The following week he told another potential client that he had lost only one case in 247 cases. So either he was lying or he had won 100 more cases that week....... hardly likely.

I am always wary of pages on websites that show "testimonials" from "clients".

Chris has been defending these cases since the 1990's. He doesn't claim he wins every case - and of course no solicitor or barrister can because they are not in charge of the jury. They can only do so much and the rest is down to how intelligent the jury members are, and who they like best - the accuser or the defendant.

          Absolutely RF.

There are more than a few companies making very dubious claims that are designed to come up in a google search. Some of them are not even solicitors but PI's and they seem to prey on people in desperate situations and claim to be experts, charging a premium for advice you can get for free from the support groups and research you can do yourself.

There really is only one way to be sure a solicitor is going to do the work properly and that is to have them recommended.

That's why it's important for those that have been happy or not with their legal teams to please report back to us and tell us who and why.
