  • I will be NFA'd but hold the bananas

So, as things stand I happen to know that I will be NFA'd though the police have not told me or indeed my solicitor of this.

So - How do I know I hear you ask?

Well, theirin lies a story, you see at the same time of the incident (7 months ago) my partner was arrested, but hers timed out after 6 months. she then raised a complaint against the police based upon various aspects of the case. Yesterday she met with the IPCC to discuss the matter, who let it slip that the case against me is ended.

Please no bananas because it is not official, but I am posting here to remind us all that we really must make complaints, and make the police say stuff to get anywhere on these matters. Having been here twice before it is an easy(but wrong) decision to say to yourself that you just want to move and and dont want to bother about complaints etc.

Moral of the story is - don't let the police hide behind their own silence.

I will post when I am NFA'd properly I will then also be able to go into various aspects of my case and whether I have been able to press charges for PCJ

Will keep you all posted - love and kisses and everyfink and all that

Came through today, official NFA - isn't it odd how the IPCC knew it was ended but nobody told me for another 6 weeks.
