It is unusual to hear a Judge criticize the CPS over the lack of evidence in a rape case

    Hi,

It is very unusual to hear a judge openly criticize the CPS over the lack of evidence in a rape trail.

At my own rape trail it was all too obvious that the Police, CPS and Judge all colluded together to deliberately withhold evidence, falsified rape charges, used duress to make my ex-wife appear as a witness against me and to ignore medical evidence that proved that I could not have raped my ex-wife at the trial, but I was still found not guilty on all 5 counts of rape.

When I made a complaint to Police Professional Standards Commissioner I received a reply basically saying that the Police can do what ever they liked and dismissed my complaint of Misconduct in Public Office by the then Chief Constable for allowing such behavior by the detectives involved in my case.

I know of cases where, after a NG verdict the judge has told prosecution counsel that he/she would be making an inquiry into why that particular case ever came to trial in the first place.

After one such case, the judge commented that the case had no business being heard in the criminal courts and could have been dealt with at marriage guidance / Relate!!
