Take comfort from those who have been through this already.
They know exactly how you are feeling and they know it's normal.
You know the truth, just keep calm and tell them what really happened.
The truth is always the truth, it won't change.
      You'll get through this!!!
Try and rest tonight as much as you can, even if your minds won't switch off.
      Rest your body.
      Hang in there
We're with you every step, I promise

Just to wish you both well tomorrow, keep, going this is the hardest ordeal anyone can go through and you are doing it. You won't crumble you've come too far no way will you give up. Hold your head up and keep faith that the truth will out. I do believe that a jury will see the truth. Try to get some rest you can't change anything so worrying won't help. Tomorrow should hopefully turn things as no one has heard your truth yet. Keep strong and you will get through this. Keep on supporting each other. You are on the home straight, you didn't think you could get this far and you have. Will be thinking of you tomorrow and sending positivity. Keep strong x

Tomorrow is the opportunity for the truth to shine. Hang in there; you're so close to the end. You WILL get there and there is every chance the lies wont be believed. I hope you get reasonable rest tonight.

Well done for coping today. Some of jury in tears in my OHS trial too when we gave evidence but at the start before evidence heard were very frosty when charges read out . Feeling very positive for you.
The end is in sight. Get a good nights sleep and positive thoughts for tomorrow. Xx
