    Sadly it works both way. The genuine victims get cast aside while some innocents are wrongly convicted after a one-sided investigation.....

      Yeah - the report did seem a bit one sided to me i.e. accusations of supressing or not acting on evidence, but I wonder how many of these investigations are into unfair practices in trying to secure a prosecution. Hmm....
