Hi, you're in the exact same boat as me. Being accused of something you haven't done, and finding the case somehow gets to trial despite zero evidence.I hope it goes well.

Apologies for not doing so, it would have made sense to do so, however having created a new thread at the time I thought this was sufficient but looking back I can see how this can be confusing. Some time has passed and since then I've been contacted by friends of my accuser who have came forwards and said they feel for me knowing what I was put through with them having since been told by my accuser that it was all a pack of lies anyway. I passed this information onto my solicitors which was in the form of Facebook screenshots and nothing has ever came of it. It seems in this day and age you can't distress people in some ways but it is perfectly acceptable to cause distress by forcing people to endure life changing court cases because someone might be a victim. I can partly see why it is like this, but I think the police shouldn't treat us like criminals before we've been given an opportunity to prove our innocence.

Maybe contact the local CPS and show them the evidence as it's clear that they have at least attempted to pervert the course of justice (PCJ)

Hope you are as ok as you can be.
